TOWN OF LEWISTON TAXPAYERS 2025 - Town&County Tax TAKE NOTICE, that I, Amy E. Smith, the undersigned Tax Collector for the Town of Lewiston, County of Niagara and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Lewiston for the year 2025, and that I will attend at the Lewiston Town Hall, 1375 Ridge Rd, in said Town of Lewiston from January 2, 2025 to January 31, 2024 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday for the purpose of receiving the taxes on said roll. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2025 without interest or charge. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of one percent (1%) if paid on or before February 28, 2025. On all taxes received on or after March 1, 2025, there shall be added interest of two percent (2%), if paid on or before March 31, 2025. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provision of the law, the tax roll of the Town of Lewiston will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Niagara on the first business day of April, 2025.
